Default Best Parka

I am going to buy a new cold weather jacket before next season, and am looking for input on what might be the best. I want it to block the wind, water proof...... My last jacket was one that I got on sale at Walmart, and I want my next one to be a good one.

I've got a Cabela's brand one. It's basically like wearing a mobile home complete with heater. 30 below's the coldest I've used it in, and my head, body and arms were warm the whole time. Though my legs, feet and hands were suffering

For $300, the Cabela's MTO50 Whitetail Extreme Parke is THE best jacket I've ever had the plasure to hunt in. It's wind and water proof and extremely comfortable. I've hunted with this parka in ever weather condition the Midwest has thrown at me and I've ALWAYS remained comfortable.
