It says Pike Co... Prairiestateoutdoors is a very well known site, I doubt they would post something bogus.

I don't know who posted it. There is a side link with a bunch of stuff and it say "Big Cat in IL". I know that prairiestate has disspelled other pics of cats, but they didnt this one. So is it real? I don't know.

The photo looks authentic, BUT: this is the third time I've seen this same photo. The first time it was supposedly from Coshocton County, Ohio. The second time it was somewhere in WV. Now IL. Someone is out in left field...
