Injured buck holds his own!!

I'm assuming this guy was hit by a car. I had him at 15 yards and almost shot because he really wasn't putting pressure on on his back left leg. After I saw him chasing a doe I elected tosee if he would be ok. Looks like he held his own against this yearling (note the time stamps). First picture is shows his injured left leg.

I shot a deer last year that had something wrong with one of it's back legs. There was a huge hollow pocket filled with puss that followed the bone most of the way down from the pelvis. It was very nasty.

I shot a mule deer doe several years ago that looked perfectly normal on the outside. No deformities what so ever.
We started to process her I began deboning her hind left leg and instead of being a straight femur to cut along there was some sort of bulge. After getting around this bulge and getting the meat off the bone we found that she had been shot in the leg. We found part of a bullets jacket that had lodged in her muscle after the bullet apparently expolded on her femur and shattered her leg. Here femur had healed up and she was in perfect health.... until I sent a bullet through her ribs.
