Default My 6x5 is now a 5x5!!

Arrowed this 5x5 the day before Thanksgiving. He was a 6x5 a couple of weeks ago. He lost about an 8 or 9 inch tine from his split G3. I have many pictures of him on my trail cam. Snuck up to him in his bed in the cornfield. Shot him bedded down and he never got up.

Here is a trail cam picture from about a month ago.

Nice deer. Losing that tine should help the score

The deer was quartered to me sitting down with the head facing away. I placed the first arrow at the base of the neck and got the arrow into the vitals. The mark you see is the placement of the second arrow to expire him quicker. He was kicking his legs and I didn't want him to get up so I put a finishing arrow into him at that spot. He died in a matter of minutes then.
