Don't think this one's been around the block even once in life yet......Let's see, my local locker plant kills every critter that comes through there with a .........wait for it........wait...........................a 22lr.. Hmmm, imagine that, a 22lr can kill a cow, a sheep, a pig, a....well, it would be easy to come to the conclusion that a 22lr would even kill a deer, don't ya think!

You shoot it in the head it sure would kill it. You could probably kill it with a pellet gun if you shoot it in the head from 10 feet, lol

I also. Sad fact is, though, .22 has killed more deer than probably most other calibers combined.

o boy, how did this turn into a .22 argument...a .22 will kill anything for those that think it cant? then why is it the deadliest bullet?

If I'm not mistaken, the 30-30 caliber has killed more deer than any other cal.

lemme clarify: i am sayin(IMO) the 22 is deadlier because it goes in and bounces around inside the body..instead of goin through and through ...will a 22 go through and through? i am perty sure, but at distance i never see em come out of a squirrel, but end up on the opposite end of the entry wound. causing significant damage internally...

every bullet can kill...what they were invented to do.
