I guess this is my excuse. I'll try to take another doe a little latter in the season to keep me occupied.

Chief, where I hunt (Special Regs/WMU 5-D) you can take unlimited antlerless deer.:happy0001: Only 1 buck per year though!:s7:

Hang in there, brother - you're almost home! I know you've gotta be pumped knowing you'll be home soon and that you'll make it home in time to get out after some deer.

My son just left early this month for his second tour in Afghanistan. One of the things that upset him most about going this time was knowing he was going to miss the entire season.

The one buck per year part is a bummer. Where I hunt in Hardeman County, TN we're allowed 4 bucks per year and the bag limit on does is 3 per day.

I think I need to slow down a bit though. I haven't even been to my lease in Hardeman County yet and I already have four deer in the freezer.
