There are times when I really am disappointed with the hunting community in general we are under attack from every quarter and yet we continue to attack each other.

You are absolutely correct. That is one of the first thing I looked at. The specifications and calculations showed I would be fine up to about a 135 grain head. But at that point the FOC would be way out of wack.

The calculations are just q guideline. Real world can be completely different. Nearly every arow chart says at my draw elweightand arrow length a .340 spine is what is needed yet my bow (and most other slaved camed bows) wount shoot that spine. Most have to shoot .300 for the arrows to group properly. Their are a few out there that havebeen able to get the .340 to shot good but they are the minority.

You don't have a bow tune problem and not necessarily a broadhead issue. It's a spine issue. If you want to shoot a 100 grain head you'll need a stiffr arrow. No matter mech or fixed.

All these comments about maybe you can shoot, tune or others are just uncalled for. Defending your choice in broadheads is one thing. Prsonally attacking someone for their opinion is juvenile.......

Good luck the rest of the season

I have done lot's of testing with Rage 2 blades and have had the blades open in flight. Tuned or not they wont fly wellopening prematurely. Design issue??? I don't know...I know they work well. I don't want them to open until they hit the broadside of the animal. I use a rubber band (orthodonic) to keep the blades closed until they hit something. I believe it's predisessor used a band as well. I love their performance but think they're over priced...still my quiver holds 3 of them. No big deal though...if you don't like em...use something else.
