Exclamation The numbers game??

Myself and a friend of mine were having a conversation tonight about how many people hunt in pa and how we could grow monster bucks if it weren't for every tom rick and harry hunting and shooting the first 1.5 year old with 3 points on one side. So I'm wondering does anyone know the breakdown as far as a percentage of all 50 states what percent of the states population hunts. Because I'd say Pa is top 2

I dont really think that PA would be top 2. There are two major cities in the state and most people living there dont hunt. Id say midwest states with lower populations would have higher percentages of people that hunt.

This is right off of WIKI AWNSERS...

"According to the latest statistics, Pennsylvania is first in granting hunting licenses, followed by Texas, Michigan, and Wisconsin."

Wow. That's crazy. I figured it would be way up there. I hate how it is around here but whatever.

Yep, more people head into the woods in Pa. every year than any other state. Pennsylvania has the right type of areas to grow great bucks, but the "if its brown, its down" mentality is like a disease in this state. All you have to do is stay quiet and listen to some of the conversations at the local outdoor store, explains everything.
