i also use a loop.. becareful though as someone said it will increase your drawlength so if you do switch to one you may need to get it in a bow press and change your length to where its suitable.. it will increase your length 1probably about an 1"

The addition of a loop does not change your draw length. It changes your release hand position or anchor of your release hand. To compensate, you have to change your release hand anchor; or, better yet, adjust your release shorter.

I switched to a loop this year as well. I think its biggest contribution to my accuracy is that it appears to inhibit the effects of poor form errors to some extent.
