However, there are certain situations where you shouldn't and should call.

Be aware this chart was based on when the rut was expected for 1998! Contrary to some folks belief-rut phases are not the same every year!!! Whenever talking rut time period its mostly generalization unless you are basing it off of moon phase info for that particular year!!

Rattling, well I'll start in maybe 2 weeks, 3 hours, 10 minutes. :s2: :eek2: I'm not a fan of rattling, tickling except for a last resort when a deer won't come to my calls.

I never used to be a big fan of rattling either. However, 2 of the last 3 bucks I've killed in Ohio were rattled in so I've gained a lot of confidence in it.
