shoulder shot???

I agree with you 100% on the lack of blood on a shoulder hit. Both I shot another doe last night, entered in front of the liver, exited dead center of the opposite shoulder. THe entrance side was BLOWING blood out and it was higher up than the exit side. It was a 7yd shot quartering away so you can imagine the angle, but it was funny that the low shoulder exit didnt bleed half as much as the entrance. It was pretty sick to watch it spew out of the entry side lol and the blood trail proved the shoulder thing again. The right side had blood everywhere where the left side was less. It was with a 2 blade rage so there was plenty of blood, but noticeably less on the shoulder wound side...

THat aint the first deer ive noticed that about either.
