I carry too much crap. But here's the master list

Face mask
Mesh gloves
Hook for the tree
Rope to pull up gear
Bowhanger (I won't go in the woods without it)
Knife
Latex gloves
Range finder
Binocs (depends where I hunt)
Radio depending if hunting with someone
Extra glove (if traditional finger shooting)
Spare trigger (saved me many times when wheelin)
Head Lamp
Spare maglight flashlight (nice to have when looking for blood)
GPS (sometimes depends where I hunt)
Snacks (got too when diabetic)

Depends on where I'm hunting, but I've cut down on what I used to carry.. other than hunting stuff, Flashlight and a knife are my two things I don't leave without.

Bigcountry covered 99% of it. About the only thing's i add is a fold up saw and a couple of different calls (grunt tube, can, diaphram turkey calls).
