    I will see if i cant find the story, but on the PHILLADELPIA, news there was a 2000$ reward to the conviction os the person who got ahold a of a 2 year old cat..Well the person stole the cat and used a whole roll od DUCT TAPE and duct taped the cast all up so it looks like a tube of duct tape with a cat head sticking out no legs all you can see is the head..kinda funny but is very cruel..I found the links so here ya go..
