Nothing special,first I rub it down with butter then just seasoned it with salt,pepper,Cavender's greek seasonong,meat tenderizer and some smokey mesquite seasoning.Being it was in a slow cooker,I threw some liquid smoke into the mix.


What you see sprinkled on top is chopped onions and a yellow bell pepper.


I slow cooked on 275 for 4-5 hours.Then I chip it and pour a vinegar dip across it and place in the oven on 200 for a couple hours.The dip really gets into the meat after that.


The sandwich was absolutley delicious.BUT,I have too much to not go ahead a BBQ it.

WOOOOOOOOOW does that look good... That will be my first recipe for sure!!!!! How much to ship me a sandwhich lol lol.....
