chisel points have advantages with deflection of ribs and shoulder bone edges... but cut-on contact penetrate better....so if you opt for 9 gr arrows...I would finish off tip with thunder head...if you for lighter 7 gr arrows ...go with a quality cut-on contact head...IPO....just sayin'
