Exclamation Lighted nock help.

I cant seem to find the post rob did a while back where he compared the different lighted arrow nocks, I was wondering if anyone had a link to it or could summarize his findings for me, I want to buy some but I want to get good ones.

And even if you just have a set and you could give me some info on them I've been reading customer reviews all day long now and still haven't been able to come to a conclusion.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ryan.

i jst bought some of the easton tracer nocks. they are really bright they have a 90 hour battery life. you activate them with a magnet. you can also deactivate incase the light inadvertently comes on which is good. they also stay lit until you get your arrow. ive owned lumenocks and they are not as bright as these. also the lumenocks sat very loose in my arrow shaft, so they would fall out. i bought three of them and now im down to one so i decided to try the tracer nocks and im glad i did. what a difference.

I also use the tracer nocks, so far have not had to many problems. 1 broke on me last year and 1 was dead this year, I contacted Easton and they said they would replace them after I sent them back. I should be getting them any day now.

I used them last year and love them. I had 2 malfunction after I had shot my deer (different deer)-they still let me see where I hit but when I came up on the deer the 2 had no longer been blinking. I sent them back and they replaced them. Now I just opened the new pack and one of them will not activate. Despite this I would sooner use these rather than the lumenoks which I have also had bigger issues with such as splitting down the middle when I shot and costing me my buck in archery. I had to wait until December when it was 15 degrees in order to finally seal the deal on that buck. I also recently tried the make your own as shown on youtube. More of a pain in the a$$ than anything trying to make them perform consistently. I'll just buy more Tracers, they have always treated me well and did what I needed them to do at the time of the shot.

My wife got me three of the Carbon express Lazer eyes for my birthday this year. Needless to say they got sent back for a refund. Shot first arrow and it did not light up. Shot second arrow and it light up but broke in two when it hit the target.

I did not bother shooting the third arrow with a carbon express lazer eye nock.

Not worth the effort.......my honest opinion.
