Default persistance pays off

I have spent most of the year trying to find a place to hunt closer to my house in central wisconsin. Asked many landowners and received pretty much the same response (no) of course its ok its their land and they dont have to let anyone hunt it. Finally today I talked to some local land owners and received two yes's. I can't wait I am excited to go scout the new properties. I couldn't say thank you enough to them. One of the landowners just so happened to ask me if I would be hunting turkeys in the upcoming season I didnt really give it much thought but he insisted that I come back to hunt the turkeys so I guess I will be hunting birds as well as whitetail on this prime spot this year.

That's great. Hopefully you are the only one the landowners let in there. Good luck.
