That's pretty cool but I think it would be even cooler if they just came not broken...
LOL! That's exactly what I was thinking. I mean it's great that they stand behind their products and all but the best customer service to me is the one you never have to use. Sounds like a lot of people have trouble with these nocks. Maybe they should put as much effort into qualtiy control as they do customer service.

i had similiar problems with the tracers last year and decided to switch to the firenocks this year...so far i am very impressed with them. No magnets to worry about...go off every time...replacement batteries and easy to turn off!....
