Default Easton Does It Again!

Last fall i bought a two pack of the Tracer nocks and when i opened them one was broke. Called Easton and they took care of it ASAP. Now a year later my tracers did not work at all again this fall so i called them and they said no problem send them back and we will replace them for you. They recieved the broken ones on last thursday, Today when i get home from work there was a box with my new Tracers in it on the front porch!
Its not very often you find a company with customer service like this but when you do it sure is nice!!!!!

It's good to hear about a company that stands behind thier products and is actually willinng to fix or replace thier products if they are broken.

CUDOS to them!!

Easton is one of the most generous companies in the archery industry. Every day of the ATA show they give away hundreds and hundreds of dollars in free merchandise.

That's pretty cool but I think it would be even cooler if they just came not broken...
