If you read the website, you can't place bait out for deer until 24 hours before bow season starts.

thats for hunting over... but the laws a re confusing, because it says its ok to feed deer at anytime when not used for hunting...and i guess hes using the feed or "bait" to take pictures of deer....

read and study the rules closely... You can place feed out now, you just cant hunt over it... He's using it to take pictures.
