If you are going to shoot 60 and no more then 50-60 is what I would get but if you can easily handle 64,then I would get the 70#er.

what do you guys think of the 2008 bowtech guardian? I can get one left over in stock for 430$ or a bowtech tomkat for 380

I hunted with an 07 Guardian last year and it was an awesome bow. That's a good buy, if you like shooting it, go for it.

The guardian is a great bow but it is a modular bow if I am not mistaken so you may need to get new modules. You most likely are between 27" and 28" .

What draw length is the bow?

Starting to see why we said go to a shop yet?

Keep shooting them at us and we will help all we can.:guiness:

ya i know what you mean about going to the shop just too expensive/time consuming 8 hours of driving. So your saying get a rotating modual bow? They are going to adjust the bow to w/e i ask them too.The guy's who have the guardian said that if they set it too 27.5 and it doesn't fit me i can just send them my mods and they will send me bigger/smaller until i get it right for no cost, just keep trading lol.

Sounds like a winner.

Sounds like a pretty good deal. How many hours one way to the bow shop? 4 hours to go there might be worth it since you can get the bow completely setup, arrows, release, sights, rest, etc.
