I asked Scott about this when he sent me the heads and he assured me that he has already talked to the CDOW and that they were legal in all 50 states.

bigbulls,
Have you talked to the DOW? Just curious.....I' m more curious about the CDOW' s rules....What was the " same plane" rule intended to prevent anyway?

I have sent them an e-mail explaining that I had talked to Scott an so forth. I might take a drive to the state headquarters here in Denver tomorow and take a head with me to wee what they say. I' m going to send Scott an e-mail if I get the same answer that you did so he can hash it out with them.

Maybe you ought to take a Simmons Shark and see if those are legal then too....since their cutting edge is not in the same plane either....

I know your the messenger. I read the post over there also. That " same plane" crap never made any sense to me. I could talk to five different people and get five different answers. I would think that the sharks would be illegal in a lot of states since the heads look like they are " barbed" .
