Anyone on here ever use the Acorn Rage you screw into a tree? I have heard it is really good stuff. Let's hear some comments.

I just dont see the concept of paying for something that is already a natural resource....???? I knwo they add more minerals and all that, but its like 98% crushed acorns....and look at the price you pay. I can pick up acorns by the thousands and get the same minerals and what not from my local coop and add to it for probably a 1/3 of the price you pay for acorn rage....i dont know just my 2 cents.

Never tried it. Give it a test pre season. Get a trail camera and see if the acron rage gets any visitors. I would think the smell would be much stronger than acorns on the ground??

ive used acorn rage that comes in a bag. the animals loved it. woodchucks and squirrels ate the most tho. and it is very pricey imo.

I have tried the crushed acorn rage, feeder fat acorn rage, and the acorn rage screw-in type. The crushed stuff worked awesome, bringing in a couple nice bucks the following day that I had not seen before. The feeder fat works alright mixed with corn but isnt worth the money and the screw-in acorn rage isnt worth the money either. Didnt attract hardly any deer at all in my area of Pennsylvania.

I use it here in central Fl and the deer love it. I've watched them not lick but eat chunks of it at a time. I've got a game cam set on one right now going to check it this weekend. Hopefully I will have some pics to post on here of the results.
