Angry Big lesson learned!!!!! Warning Graphic Pics

Well, I set a pack of new broadheads down on my bed after spin testing them on my arrows and neglected to make sure the were put correctly back in the package face down, instead leaving the facing up and the package opened. Fast forward to and hour later after finishing up with some shooting, wandering up to my room and proceeding to stub my toe on the edge of my bed and throwing my arm out to brace myself........ on the mattress. That equaled one long day in the ER waiting for stitches, 13 to be exact and now not being able to shoot for two weeks or lift anything heavy as this area on your forearm will stretch to tight and possibly pop the stitches. Guys, be careful with leaving these things laying around, let me be the guinea pig, learn from my lack of common sense, 5 seconds of correctly putting these things away would have saved me alot of aggravation. On a good note, I can say without a doubt that G5 makes a great broadhead that is razor sharp right out of the box Oh yeah, they fly perfect also.

sr77,

atleast you did not suffer any permanent damage. 13 Stitches thats not a lucky number! I would have made them give me one more

I busted up my ankle and shoulder on Monday riding a motorcycle. I have x-rays today. It is very very swollen and bruised. I hope I can heal in enough time to get some scouting/shooting in before the season.
