Up untill about three years ago I used the stuff from H.S. and it worked. One day my brother phoned me and said that he had found out what the stuff was made of. We now make it ourselfs at the kitchen sink around $ 5.00 a gallon.
Hey Kevin1 can you tell me what to use to make the colloidal sliver I would like to try that this year.

I use a scent free laundry detergent and shower scent free but I don't waste my money on the spray or clothing. If I'm hunting the wind correct that type of stuff is not needed! This is just my opinion and what has worked for me!

While I agree with you that hunting the wind is the best way to hunt...how often has everyone here had a deer come out of nowhere and be coming from a direction that surprised us?

NC, plenty of times, I killed 1 that came from down wind of me last year, this is the reason I take scent free showers and use scent free laundry detergent, like I said, it works for me so no need to use the spray stuff or carbon clothing. I won't even mention the deer I didn't shoot at... wait I just did!

Yeah there's no reason to give yourself the best chance to make a kill...

Well thats good that it works for you. I still like to wash my clothes, shower, and still use the spray because its not a terrible pricy product to buy.

It seems like it would get very pricey if you used it the way they say you should. I do alright with the way I hunt and I'm sure you do as well, stick with what works for ya! I personally do not see the need for it!

Appleater, sorry but my best chance at making a kill has NOTHING to do with a spray bottle.
