I hope that participation in archery forums is not headed in the same direction as local 3-D shoots. In past 3 years, all of the 3-D archery clubs have folded and stopped having shoots because of no participation. Still plenty at the big IBO, ASA, and NFAA shoots though. From talking to people around the country it also seems to be the same there too. However there are some places that still draw a crowd and the participation seems to be localized in certain geographic locations. So lets just hope that the messageboards don' t get into the rut.

I remember a long time ago we were a little upset that a topic would not stay on the first page after one day due to all of the activity. Its just a seasonal thing, wait until fall!

Frank,

Except for Archery Talk and Leather Wall, I have noticed the slow down too.
All the pros that visit A.T. draw a lot of attention. You know how fan worship goes.
I agree with what Reylamb said. I sometimes get tired of answering the same old questions on the same subject also.
I believe, it will start to pick up again.
Hey, I' m back aren' t I ?

Archery Messaage boards at an end? Nope. Other guys said it better. Fishing, gardening, 3D shoots, finally get to get outside after being boxed in all winter. Now if it will just quit raining![X(] Besides....I just found this forum.

Well, if this thread is any indication then maybe I was somewhat wrong with my original thoughts.

Sag,

True, very true...now if you can just get Black Frog and Tom Sawyer to post again.

Frank,

Black Frog is still posting; he replied on a post the other day.
I' m afraid Tom Sawyer is lost to Traditional.
Seen his posts at Leather Wall a few times; at least, he' s still into archery.
