I used to be a Satellite Technician, But lost my job due to cut backs in the company, now I am a Chef in a restaurant and part time Harley Mechanic. and in the fall I freelance as a Whitetail Population Reduction Specialist.

Alot of different gigs on here. Makes me think.

I'm a meat cutter, I wouldn't say butcher. A butcher knows how to do it all. I can, but cut from block ready. Costco.... great meat though.

I am university educated. Double major in anthro and history, minor in religious studies. Just a workin man at heart I guess.
