How many tree stands do you have
 

I was wondering how many tree stands do you have and how many do you put up each year. Is there a favorite brand you like bset?

I have my Summit Viper X4 climber that I use 90% of the time. It has held up to everything and is very rugged but yet lightweight.

I also bought an old used15' ladder stand from a co-worker for $20 bucks. He no longer hunts, and the ladder stand just sat in his shed for years. It's still looks okay, no signs of damage, no rust, etc... but, it's real heavy gauge steel and would be a monster to try packing into the woods. I just gotta figure out what to do with it and where I can set it up permanently.

I currently have five. I like Gorilla lockons an Summit climbers.

5 hangons an one climber.. love my summit climber... i like summit an gorrila hangon's...really wanna try summits new lineup of hangons this year...

Have 3 gorilla lock ons and 1 double ladder stand(can't remember the brand)

I have 4.5

2 ladder stands
1 old Baker Products lock-on with a "stick" type ladder
Lone Wolf sit and climb Climber
and I have the second "top" for my climber the hand climber top

Four right now. Soon to be five.

I have two ladder stands(one small 12 footer that I have in apromising spot for my longbow and a two-personstand for taking my kids out with me), two Summit Viper SS climbers and a Summit Open Shot Deluxe on the way. (I'm kind of excited aboutthe Open Shotshowing up this week. I can't wait to practice shooting the longbow from it.)

Gorilla hang ons. I have 10 of them and use them all.

I have 3. 1 API climber that I use 80% of the time and 2 ladders that I use part of the time.

I own 100 acres and lease 113 acres next to mine from my cousin. I don't hunt 30 of the 100 at all. So, on 183 acresI have 16 stands(10 lock ons, 2 ladders, 2 tripods, and 2 box stands).My hunting partner rarely hunts anymore, so I don't hunt all of my stands. I regularly hunt 10 of them throughout the season with bow and gun. Several of my lock ons are Gorillas, but I have several different brands.

At the cabin land (185 acres), we have roughly 10 built stands that see yearly maintainence and use. I personally have 10 lock ons, 2 ladders and one climber. I have no preference in ladders or climbers as I use them the least. Lock ons, I like the 50 dollar Gander stands. They suit my budget and purpose just fine.

I have about 12 hang ons, mostly Rivers Edge or Big Game stands. I also Have 1 lone wolf hang on I use to stay mobile during the rut.

Wow, that's enough stands to be able to share with out of state friends who come to Illinois and need a place to hunt. :D

I have two stands, an Ameristep hang on and a Gorilla climber.

I have 1, my climber. I hunt on a place that does not allow permanent stands.

If I remember correctly, I believe my hunting partner and I have 26 hang on's out right now, we maybe a dozen more in the garage yet. We love Millinuem stands, but cannot afford to have that many of them, we use alot of gorillas, and Gear Guide make a decent stand for the money. The funny thing is 90% of the time, I end up hunting out of my Millinuem climber.

1 climber..Summit Razor SS
3 ladder stands...Remington 18 ft, 15 foot el-cheapo and a Ameristep Skyscraper 22'
2 lock ons

I have 1 lone wolf, my favorite, 1 ameristep, 1 gorilla, 2 gander mountain,2 rivers edge, 1 summit climber, 1 ol man climber, and 1 2person ladder stand by big game. I usually hang double sets for filming.

I have 2 lock on stands. One is an API Baby Grand, and the other is a Remington 30-06. Both are very comfortable.

2-16' Double ladder, 3-15' single ladders, 1-12' ladder, 1 Hang on.

1 15' ladder still in box & 1 hang on still in box from on sale last year. (9)
Also 2 sets of stick ladders-12'

My son has 1 hang on & 1 ladder I gave him.

I have the doubles for when my daughter goes &I sit with her or when I want to go alone & take a nap (joke)...

If I see em on sale I just can't resist-I always know if I can't use it one of the kids will eventually..

I have two stands. One LW Sit And Climb and one LW Assault hang-on. With this kind of versatility I only need two stands.;)

There are 3 of us and we hang 14 lock ons a year and have 4 big game two man stand that are put up on about 800 acres

I have 1 climber, 2 lock ons, and 1 sling style stand.
I also have an old baker climber hanging around. Anyone remember those old tree burners?

Got a API climber, a Hunters View climber, a Summit Viper climber, and a small lock on with three climbing sticks and a few screw in steps. I also have a ladder stand that the wife uses, and it spends its time out in my yard durning summer to shoot from.

I have eight of them currently. Two climbers, three hang ons and three ladder stands.. And I can't wait till Oct. to start using them again.
