This morning, I went out with my girlfriend Bridget, my buddy Nate and his girlfriend Lauren. We had a pretty exciting morning...saw quite a few but couldn't quite seal the deal. We had a couple toms come running into the decoys but spook when they got about 60 yards out when they saw something they didn't like. THen we had a couple jakes come in later in the morning and Bridget got a shot off but just caught feathers! It was an exciting morning and it was nice to get the girls out to do some hunting!







Lauren set her chair up right on a nice cow patty in the dark and didnt even realize it untill it got light!

I've been hearing story after story of birds holding up this year. Mike yur girl must be real special if she's putting up with all the time you guys spend in the woods/field. And to even go with you some times. You got a keeper for sure.

all it takes is for them to go once and enjoy it. congrats on finding one that does.
(i prefer mine to not go, then i get my ME time. lol)
