RE: Biggest Losers??

Good for all of you....

Right before I got married (2004) I'd balooned up to 236#. I felt sick about it, and I bought a treadmill. I went from 236 to 191 in about 7 months. Nothing earth shattering, but I've felt great, since. I did get back up to 214, last spring, but got back to 190 during the bow season, last year.

My warning sign is 200#. If I get above that, I need to do some work. Right now....I'm around 195#, but I'll still be on the treadmill in the coming months.

I couldnt acutally care less what I weigh.....as long as my clothes fit well. When my "smaller" clothes fit well.....I don't worry.

Good luck to you guys. Eat your protein.

Jeff, 200# seems to be my real break point as well. Eat my protein?

You can count on that! I'm a real meat eater, just ask BowTech_Shooter;)
