RE: Got my new arrows!!
None Taken Jeff!!
Like I said I've stated several, several times on this and other forums that I am neither Pro for light or heavy arrows. I think both have their place. The same as differing gun calibers, loads have their's. (I am definitely No gun person, but I do listen when the expert boomers talk) I don't see any of them saying a .222 or .243 is the best option for Grizzly Bear. Neither do I here any of them who advocate using a .458 magnum to go afterAntelope or Deer because of what if? Jeff use what you want It's America. IMHO the best setup for Whitetails out ofa compound bow is a medium to light arrow with some speed. Does that mean Logs will not work? Hardly!! I use both and have had great luck with 330 grain arrows and 500 plus grain arrows. Now out of a recurve/longbow? That's a different story!!;) Dan |
