Default New Bow

I' m in the Marine Corps. and am engaged so money is rather tight planning for the wedding and saving and all. I' m looking for a new bow that is fast and rugged for whitetail hunting for under about $600. any suggestions.

thanks,

If you are looking for a $600 bare bow the choices are almost unlimited. If, on the other hand, you want to stay under $600 for the whole package you would be hard pressed to beat the Parker stealth outfitter or the hunter mag outfitter. Parker makes an excelent bow and come with a lifetime warranty.

I am in the military too and know about money being tight. I switched to PSE last year and have been very happy. I would start at the pro shops and see if they have any of last years bows to move. You can save some money and get a better bow in the process. I would agree with mrfishy34 and shoot them all until you find what YOU like. Good luck

You may want to check out the REFLEX bows--good quality and a good price--they are made by HOYT.

I bought a 2002 REFLEX denali off ebay for a real good price. It' s a great bow with 8 1/2 brace height. I shoot a 350 grain arrow, 29 in draw, 70 lbs. at 300 fps out of it.
