Wrist strap- a Scott because it is smooth and adjustable.
However I use a Carter Hand held verry fine release.

I love my tru ball copperhead, I've shot the same one for about 5 years now. Very Reliable.

I have found that going to a T-Handle release has really improved my accuracy. I am currently shooting a T.R.U. Ball ST-4, but I have owned a few Carters and Stans. I think that if you are going to try a T-Handle T.R.U. Ball offers the best "bang for your buck".

Started out w/ a tru fire, it worked great but IMHO the head was a bit bulky.
Now I shoot w/ a scott sabertooth, this release is in a whole other class, really really crisp and tons of adjustment.

Scott Little Bitty Goose....RCS system. It's fully adjustable and smooth. I like velcro b/c it's all I've ever used. Went to buckle and couldn't keep it, went back to velcro.

I'm new to archery, but I have the same release and I like it compared to the velcro ones I tried.
