You found his sheds???? Then the score is
Deer 1.... Hunters...0

On top of that...you found his sheds. There is no score. You have no idea what the alignment of those bones was on the skull. You have no idea what the spread was. I can say 15 1/2 and you can't prove me wrong. There is no score on sheds.

Your right, of coarse. That why I said in my original post that since I didn't know what the spread was, that we will use 16 as an average. It could be bigger. It could be smaller. But you are going to be in the ballpark either way.

Good job guys. Most of you were somewhat low, but I could understand that by looking at the picture. None of the camera pics did this buck justice. He has good length and mass that I think the picture just does not convey.

Congratulations to niehenke. He gets the gold star.

Here were the measurements:

LEFT RIGHT

G1 4 5/8 5 1/8
G2 9 0/8 8 7/8
G3 5 4/8 5 1/8

H1 4 7/8 4 7/8
H2 4 4/8 4 3/8
H3 4 1/8 4 2/8
H4 3 0/8 3 1/8

MB 20 6/8 21 6/8

TOTAL: 113 7/8 + 16" spread = 129 7/8

I'm not calling you a liar, and I'm looking at your score sheet, but I've seen a 130" deer and that is not one. I dont know exactly how the measurements are strayed, but they must be.

The 2nd picture gives you a better idea of just how big that rack really is.........it's quite a bit bigger than that 106".
Before I looked at this page to see the score I guessed him at 128".

I see it.
