I JUST WANTED TO GIVE A QUICK UPDATE. YESTURDAY THE TRANSPLANT WENT SMOOTH NO REACTIONS. BUT PLEASE KEEP LEVI IN YOUR PRAYERS LAST NIGHT THEY DETECTED THAT HE HAD AN IRREGULAR HEART BEAT. THEY DID AN EKG AND IT APPEARED TO BE OK BUT THE DOCTORS WILL CHECK IT OUT AND KEEP MONITORING IT. ALSO WITH TRANSPLANT YESTURDAY ,THAT WAS THE EASY PART THE HARDEST TIMES ARE COMING SO PLEASE KEEP US IN YOUR PRAYERS. WE THANK ALL OF YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS FOR ALL THE PRAYERS SO FAR.

Long weekend! Levi has been having bad stomach pain since transplant. They started him on morphine. Sometimes after alot of chemo & radiation the throat, stomach or intestine will become irritated causing lining to sloth off. This is very painful, but will heal. He also has not been able to eat for some time. He will be starting nutrition through his tubes this evening.
On the bright side, Levi has completed 3 Lego sets since Thursday. It helps take his mind off the pain & nausea. When it becomes unbearable he will go and lie down. Most of the medications make him sleepy. The doctor told us that within the first 10-14 days the kids usually get sicker- hard to imagine. After about 2-3 weeks they begin to grow new cells, can't wait! Let's hope & pray this works!

Poor Levi has still been having a rough time of it. I wish that there was some good news togive you, but there just isn't any. He is in SO much pain. Please pray that this mucusitis will go away. His ANC (absolute neutophil count) has dropped below 0, which is expected after transplant, but without an immune system it is hard to heal. We need the Lord to heal his little body up. Please pray for his pain, his spirits, and that he would be able to stomach some food. Thank you.

We will continue to pray for him. Levi is a touch kid and I am sure with God's help he will beat this. Thanks for the updates, please keep up posted.

Sorry Tony, I missed a few of the updates. I've been thinking about this little feller for some time, we all have a special connection with Levi through the hunting forum. Pretty dang special If you ask me. Any how many prayers from me Tony to you Levi, hang In there kiddo!! I'm pulling for ya buddy!!!
