Today we have some cells! Pray that they continue to grow. They are still too low for a neutriphil count, but they are growing. This is an answer to prayer! Keep praying, we love you!

Well, we didn't grow any new cells today. The Doctors told us that happens sometimes, we even lost one. Let's hope tomorrow we go up again instead of down!
Levi on the other hand is feeling better. We are going off the morphine pump and hopefully we won't have to have to ask for it at all. He is still on antibiotics, and we are trying to keep him off of TPN. But he still is not eating a whole lot. With the taste buds being changed mostly what he wants are sweet and salty, spicey foods- which do not sit very well in a stomach that has barely been working for three weeks! But you cannot taste the bland foods that would be gentler on the stomach.
Levi played around alot yesterday, his first day of feeling real well. He kind of over did it and is real sore today. But he has his sense of humor back, which is fun. Frank spent the night at the hospital with him last night, I heard Levi spent hours discussing science with one of the nurses. Uncle Louie you would have been proud- he would not back down from creation, explaining how eveloution could not really be proven. That's the old Levi. Stubborn as rocks! He once talked a radio station into rewording their commercial because he refused to say he wanted to be something when he grew up that wasn't true, not even for pretend! They finally came to a mutual agreement and did the commercial.
Well let's hope he's too stubborn to let this cancer beat him!

Tony I didn't read the entire thread so it may have been mentioned..
I hope you are encouraging people to register for the Bone Marrow Donation Program. It's a simple swab of the inside of your cheek.
It's something I will do very soon after losing a favorite Aunt to this disease in February after her Couragious Fight.
They replies and Prayers are awesome, actually taking physical action, may be another way to save a life. Please Google Bone Marrow Donor and get involved.
Do it for Levi, do it in memory of my Aunt Dee....do it to save a life!
Go gettem Levi...We got your back! More Prayers on the way!

I have had a lot of fun with the silly string from Uncle Wally. I got the nurses. Jessie said me new hair was going to come in orange so I attacked her with silly string! Today I shot cups off my mom's head with my nerf gun.

This morning the doctor came in and told us that Levi had a neutriphil count(ANC), this is what we have been waiting for!!!
His countis up to 170, we need 500. I am sure that we will reach it soon. Maybe we'll be out of here before Levi's birthday- I hope. It's May 2nd. We'll just have to wait and see.
