pops423, you've obviously done a pretty good job as a beginner, just a note to place your vanes in the same spot in the clamp everytime. Mark a line on the clamp where you want the end of the vane (either the front of the vane or the back of the vane), this way all your vanes will line up.

ampahunter, I think it's just the picture that makes the back of the fletching look like they are off. For each one, I did a dry run. Put the fletching in and made sure it all lined up and then put the glue on and fletched.
