Got this off another forum. This is almost too unbelieveable. I'm guessing its in a high fenced area.

I'm guessing its in a high fenced area.
A, no kiddin. It's obviously a high fence, see the fence in the video besides, that's what the Sanctuary is, a high fence operation. [:'(]
