Very cool Rob. I've been thinking about getting one.I think it would be fun as heck training one for tracking. How often do you actually get to use him for tracking deer?

Not very often as it's illegal in PA. Right now there is a bill in the House to change that but it's been a 3 year fight. It's all politics. Right now the only legal way for me to use him is on self laid blood tracks for practice or if a friend downs one and tags it. Then I can legally track it as it's not a wounded deer but a tagged dead deer. It's a damn shame cause it's right thing to do but it's an old law regarding dogs and deer. A very touchy subject.
