Well like I said, if a guy can shoot a fast bow with deadly accuracy, then go for it...I never really was that great with a bow with a low brace height...I just freak when i see the BH going down to 5.5" just to get more speed. I know Meanv is a very dedicated hunter/archer and he has his set up the way he wants it and he is deadly with it, same with Rob and HCH, these guys understand what it takes to be great shots when shooting a fast bow..now you take a guy that is inexperienced and new to the game and he goes for the 360 fps bow....not good.

Landon, As you know sometimes my suggestions for someone may vary from what I'm shooting/using. Each individual is different.

I do not understand. Why do you guys continue to turn your noses up to something someone else will eventually shoot? Do you tell your wife/girlfriends what they should feel comfortable wearing? Shouldn't she just look and feel good when she gets there?A bow is an individaul thing, right? Rather than tell someone not to go shoot one bow or another, tell them to go experience ALL bows and find the one that works best. What is bestjustmightbe a speed bow! Experience is the mother of all education, right? So, stop turning your noses up and startputting people into bow shops! Stop basing everything you think you know on your limited experiences! There's a hell of a lot of hunting out there that might just require speed. How many of you naysayers have actually hunted the fast and nimble steenbok? Anyone? If you're not shooting it, then stop worrying about it. Stick to your game plan and leave others to theirs!

Wishing everyone the best

Let's make it our mission to visit a bow shop then Landon. Let's give each other two weeks and report back.

Deal?

Sorry, that won't work. The Omen isn't schedule out until July 2009.
