Default Shooting practice help

I just had a question about practicing with my bow. I live in the city in a residental neighborhood where I cannot shoot my bow. The only other place I can shoot at is about a 30 minute drive away and thats only out to 20 yards. My question is how do I go about practicing when I can't at home, also how do I practice longer shots at least out to 35 yards when there is no where close to go and practice?
