anyone know when late archery starts and ends in pennsylvania? and do you need a special permit or tag to harvest a deer during late archery?

Ah yeah, it started Dec 26th, the day after Christmas and runs til Jan 10th coinciding with flintlock muzzleloader.

I believe the season ends the 10th, not the 17th.

You know, I thought that too and asked someone and was told the 17th. I believe it to be the 10th as well and shouldn't have believed the 17th and I hate misinformation and even posted it. Ug. [&:] I should have looked it up. I edited my post so no one takes it serious. Thanks Brian.

Your standard license including an archery license and valid deer tag is all you need.

Let us not forget that in special regs WMU's 2B, 5C, and 5D you can hunt antlerless deeruntil Jan 24th!You gotta luv it!
