My opinion on Mathews NEW SPPED BOWS!
#1

Well I shot both of Mathews new speed bows for 09 and I have to say they need to issue a call back on any they have sold already! The draw is rough and the 7 second (NO LIE) vibration after shooting is absolutely shameful! Mathews has put out some goods bows, but they deffinatly should have done A LOT more R&D before releasing these bows as they are so far under the class of quality that Mathews built its name on! Just my 2 cents!

How is it that you shot both of them when the shops haven't even gotten one yet?

The bows you are speaking of are the Reezen 6.5, and the Reezen 7. They are not the "speed" bows for Mathews this year, the Monsters are their speed bows rated at 350 and 360 and haven't hit the shops yet.
With that said, I'd bet the Monsters will be much better shooters than the Reezens.

I have shot the Reezen 7'' and I really liked the bow actually. Had all the speed and then some that folks like. The one I shot was a 60lb. bow but drew relatively nice. I mean no worse than any other bow out there that is advertising over 330fps. It did have some noticeable vibration at the shot but after installing a STS on it and shooting again it was very minimal and was very quiet (considering the speed). I have a pretty poor shoulder so I doubt I would like drawing the 70lb. bow. I'm sure anyone looking at a speed bow and is looking at this bow will be considering the give/takes that is accompanied with them. I haven't owned a Mathews since the MQ32 came out but am considering this one. I think this is a good start for Mathews in the way of speed and is a good foundation for them to build upon. I have a feeling that a new Reezen will find itself hanging next to my Bowtech 101st very soon.
