lone wolf assault....need help

Can anyone explain how their lonewolf assault connects to the climbing sticks or at least post a pic. It would be greatly appreciated.

The seat doesn't have 2 "indentions" that the bottom of the sticks set in? And the top of the sticks set on the platform where it is notched by the tree end? If so the sticks should snap into the back of the offset bracket and the V bracket on the sticks in the locations that I mentioned. Then wrap your strap around the stand and sticks in a figure eight.

Here is how I do it. By the way, I don't have my Assault straps attached when packing, just carry them in a pocket or small pack.....just something I do. Here is my Assault with 3 sticks. They can also be laid on the side, it really doesn't matter. Whats important is that they don't make noise while packing them in. 2 bungi cords work for me. I make sure the bungi cords are wrapped around the bottom of the versa button so they won't slip down while packing. Packs very quiet.

Not a good pic, but the pivoting v-bar in the platform:

Lone wolf has countless instructional videos on their website about this kinda stuff!! Give it a look...I sometimes look on their website to apply concepts to products I have that they did not make....but now it obvious which manufacturer I'd go to the next time for that product.

I attach the 4 sticks to my assault the same way I attach them to my alpha:

They dont connect on the stands and even on the alpha that is joke. Just bungy them on or better yet get a small cargo net like motorcyclists use.

I found that in realty this setup is a pain in the rear....looks pretty though...but rarely stay locked for me. I just throw them on the back of my stand any which way and cargo net down

I get them to connect just fine without a bungy. Nice and tight with no loose play in the setup. But, if it takes a bungy, then that is good too.

Maybe in your reality it is a pain in the rear but it works great for me ;). I have gone miles with this setup, through brush too, with zero problems. I like the idea Iof not having to carry the extra bungys if I don't need them.

I just go thru the stand and back to the versa button, pretty simple in the dark! I also just put my other straps in the pocket of my quiver!

Nice compact hook up you've got there. Real nice. Is the fire for scent control? jk:D:D

The fire is for "wet" control! :D Needed to be dried out, rained all opening weekend![8D] I'm not to worried about smoke, the deer don't connect it with danger![8D]

This is the same way as I attach the sticks to my assualt. Although I use abungy cord rather than the stands strap to hold them tight against the stand.
