How many kills do you have with the bow you hunt with now?

Do you retire your bow after a certain number of kills with it?

I have killed 3 deer with my current set-up. All this year since I didn't have it last year.

And no, she is not getting retired. She might be moving to 2nd chair soon though[:-]

How many kills do you have with the bow you hunt with now? I have shot 9 deer and 5 bear with my recurve I'm hunting with now.

Do you retire your bow after a certain number of kills with it? Heck no! I'd use my recurve as long as I could If I liked It, which I do. This might be It's last year though, loosing draw weight. I've been hunting with It for 14 years this fall.

Well I have two bows. My Truth 2 has one kill. My Vulcan hasn't seen the woods yet. It might Sunday though

In 2 years with the Cardiac alone
11 Hogs
1 Bear
1 Coyote
2 Possums

And I will shoot it until it doesn't shoot anymore...been a very good bow for me....

And all the others I have will never be retired either....

3 kills with my bow. Pronghorn Buck, Whitetail Buck, and a Whitetail Doe.

I wont retire it until I trade up or get a new one and bump this one to backup. I will have a hard time ever selling this bow being my first I ever scored with

Current bow has taken 1 doe but I bouhgt it this august....I like to hunt a bow 5 -9 years...

I have around 14 kills with my 1997 bow. I won't retire it until I find something new that I like better than the one I have.

I guess 6. I got it before the season started.
