I have before and his recipe is gr8. Iwas at Sportsmans Whse yesterday and bought some Cajun Jerky seasoning flavor from totally wild Seasonings in Riverside,IA and I had High Mountain Mesquite new packet that needed used.

I've got a batch of jerky in the oven right now!! I cant wait to enjoy it!!

Just 3 does Don. That's my magic number for meat I use in a year. It's mr. big or nothing now. I think I've passed on more 1.5 and 2.5 year old bucks than I've even seen in the last 3 years. I have a few days left and a freezer full of meat so all is not lost.

Post your storys and pics so I can see them. A mature doe is way harder to hunt then most bucks imo...I rarely ever get busted by any deer except for a mature doe..very wiley and a trophy imo. Any deer with a bow is a a trophy.
