Hey Al.

This thread inspired me to go hunting tonight.

I saw 7 deer, and got busted drawing back[&o]

Kudos man.

Thanks again everyone, it really was one of the highlights of my short hunting career. Hopefully one of these years i'll get to connect on a nice buck with the trad gear, but first I gotta do it with compound![8D] The day will come!

Time to start scouting for next year, I already found 2 new stand sites that im pumped for, plus ive gotta get the trail cams out to see what (if any) deer survived to get hunted next year. Then shed season, turkey season, then deer season will be right back upon us. Theres just not enough time to do all this!

Have a great night fellas!

Way to go Al. My hat is off to anyone who can get it done with trad gear. What a great way to end the season.

Great job! Awesome pic and story from using trad gear to busting your butt hunting in the snow.
