Post current or future princess bowhunters only. Reasons? Boys are like little men, we love them differently than we do our girls. I have a 5yr old son too so I know. Besides, I want this be the "daddy's little girl" thread. In times like this, I wish I'd invested in a quality digital camera. Here is Alyssa last week at 18 months. Be proud men, post away!

My oldest at just over 3 and already wants a pink bow, would rather watch the outdoor channel over cartoons, and loves going to the woods or bass pro shop w/ me.

The date on the camera Is wrong. The date should be 7-19-07. Lydia Is her name. She was born July 17th, 2007. This Is the outfit she wore when she came home from the hospital. What a blessing she Is!!

Thanks! You can't really see but we even "painted" her hair green LOL. She has white blonde hair so she was all for painting it.

She loves sitting there withme while we are skinning/butchering. She loves to go hunting but really can't wait to be able to bowhunt herself LOL. We were at the store and I had her try on some cold weather camo (xmas gift, unknown to her)and she was beaming.

What a great idea for a thread, getting young boys AND girls involved in the outdoors might save hunting yet. Congratulations guys, on top of liking the outdoors they are all stinkin' cute! haha

I have 4 daughters. and one son. My oldest girl is actually hunting now. She's been going with me since she was 2. She's yet to make it happen. But we have some cool memories already.

This is a pic of her with a doe she shot at with a crossbow earlier in the season. The arrows nicked a limb and only cut the deers back. I ended up taking the doe in gun season but did not know it was the same deer until I field dressed her.



Here she is after a close call with a great buck. Longer story but I sort of blew it for her


And here is the rest of the crew. This was last year though. The twins are too young to want to go hunting. The rest all want to go with me.

I love that pic. I took my second oldest out and she fell asleep on my arm. I had deer come in and I couldn't wake her up so I didn't end up taking a shot. It was funny. She was 7 at the time.

Too early to tell if she'll hunt but she loves being outside and is starting to develop a taste for outdoor shows (if only there was an Elmo season we'd be all set).

Not even 5 yet and sits through a morning turkey hunt with me. Loves the binoculars. She is a true southern Belle and will probably want a pink bow and 4 wheeler.


She can handle just about anything! Notice her Camo dress on the elephant :D



Although she would rather just ride her horse.



She is still Daddy's little girl. Dont even think about asking her on a date unless you have over 1000 acres of private land and a minimum of $250k in your savings.
