Interesting question, but there are some other factors to consider. First you have to be able to get within earshot, meaning you need to know how to scout, prepare a stand, and get into it without blowing the deer out of earshot. Second, just because you get within earshot doesn't mean the deer will ignore their nose. You'd still have to play the wind. Third, if you got close to a bedding area and every deer within earshot came you'd have a lot of eyes, ears, and noses within 20 yards. That makes it tough to stay undetected. Forth, just because it brings in deer doesn't mean it brings in the deer you want to shoot. Fifth, just because a deer is within 20 yards doesn't mean you're guaranteed a shot.

My answer to the question, heck yeah I'd use it. It would tip the scales in my favor and considering the above it's far from guaranteed success.

Oh man, I can see deer with mental problems coming from this. Take opening day for the Orange Army. Deer would runround and round in a circle trying to decide which call to run to. They'd all eventually melt down and go mad I tell you. Mad Deer Disease. Oh the misery of it all.
