I donate several deer each year to friends/neighbors. Several reasons, they all like the venison. One guy is in his 80's and in no shape to be out hunting. He's very happy when I call him with a deer. Apparently my "need to kill and not eat it" isn't PC, even among some of the hunting crowd.:eek:

1. The need to thin does from an unbalonced herd? or 2. The gesture of donating meat to those who either NEED it or WANT it? Which act is "disrespectful" (if they both aren't to you)? |

It seems like a reach that I should give up the sport I love so dearly because I give away 90% of the meat. I don't toss it by the side of the road and it gets utilized.
Let's get rid of hunters feeding the hungry. It's clear the guys sending the meat are in it just for the kill. What a pompous stretch. I trust the people stressing their own complete morality while hunting live the rest of their lives just as decently. |

Because I'm a little ashamed to say it.....but it's funny watching a guy the size of Chris Farley squirm. I don't blame you if you don't answer the question. It's a tough one....and I didn't expect anything less.
